So lovely to meet you!
This is our first introduction so I want to make sure I tell you all about who I am. I was born in San Francisco, but grew up bouncing between Sacramento and the Bay Area throughout my youth. San Francisco will always have my heart! I attended Sacramento State University and received my Bachelors in Interior Design and Architecture in May 2011. I grew up vintage shopping with my Mom, learning how to revive classic pieces of furniture, and flipping through magazines like Veranda, Coastal Living, Domino, and National Geographic before I could probably even read a book. This probably explains why my passions lay so closely to adventure and design! Alongside my efforts to find the right creative team for myself I have gained experience in retail, project management, styling, as well as photography, creative writing and content creation. I have worked independently as a designer consulting on floor plans and furniture choices throughout my career, as well as event coordination and design. I have assisted in managing the construction side of design as well as successfully planning and designing (my) twenty-two person intimate wedding in Tuscany. I am a hardcore multitasker with a passion for detail and a creative eye for home goods and art. I have a passion for photography and creating visually pleasing content through my travels and experiences. I love to travel and experiencing other cultures, food, and lifestyle. Whenever I travel I seek the vintage and food markets getting a chance to talk to each of the artisans, chefs, and small business owners about their passion and story of success and art. I truly love being able to experience different places through the perspective of locals. I have traveled to over 16 countries and 25 cities. It is important for me to have a perspective of other cultures much wider than the one at home. It is important for me to find a group of like-minded, creative, passionate, talented and kind team to work with. I am looking forward to introducing myself further and hearing more about your team and passions!

BRUNCH ON SUNDAYS
TUSCANY, ITALY WEDDING
I love to use my wedding day as a part of my work portfolio. It is the ultimate reflection of my personal style, attention to detail and a testament to my project management skills, dare I include patience as well! My husband and I decided that after nine years together we wanted to have a wedding with our closet’s family and friends in a warm and familiar place. Italy holds a special place in my heart as my family is from Italy, and we had the pleasure of visiting through the spring months the year before.
I planned an intimate twenty-two person wedding in Tuscany from my desk in California. It was my absolute pleasure to host my close family and friends at Villa Laura in Tuscany for a week of relaxation and adventure. On a Wednesday during the middle of the stay, we tied the knot in the garden of the Villa- lemon trees and all! My design concept for my wedding was for my guests to feel just as loved as we felt on our wedding day. I wanted the evening to feel like a familiar Sunday night dinner with family but the elegance of a wedding. We dinned long into the night. I flew 160 yards of gray linen, 60 yards of white sheer, vintage trays, and a box full of my hand letterpressed menus. I planned every detail down to the tassel on the name cards. I have included a few pictures for you to see. I would invite you to visit the two links below to a few more photos and read more about the details of the day!
While working for a small Bed and Breakfast in Los Angeles, I approached the Inn manager about a room I had noticed that had seemed out of date. She gave me the opportunity to redesign the room so that it would be more fitting to the Inn’s standards. The Inn was known for “retreating naturally” as it was tucked between the ocean and a 700 acre wetland. I wanted to make sure that the room felt soft but also was familiar though colors and textures as the guests would see in the surrounding nature around them. I am proud to say that room 103 of the Inn went from being the least desired room of the Inn to the most requested!
